Magnetic gaskets ensure airtight preservation of your foodstuffs, whilst microprocessor controls allow precise control over key elements such as temperature.
The Foster Freezer features 50mm of insulation, minimising the cold lost to the external environment, maintaining a temperature range between -21 °C and -18 °C. This insulation conserves energy and saves money spent by professional kitchens on energy costs.
The 150 Litre Foster Freezer boasts front breathing refrigeration, allowing it to be easily stored underneath a counter, saving space in professional kitchens. If the freezer needs to be moved, there are rear roller castors, allowing it to be easily manoeuvred around the kitchen.
With a capacity of 149 litres and small dimensions, this freezer is perfect for freezing large amounts of food in a compact space. The food stored in the freezer is then kept secure by the stainless steel lockable door.
